Returns and refunds

Because each RobRussInk item is made to order, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or design selections. Please review your choices carefully before placing your order.

Of course, I want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and I’ll make it right.

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Once materials have been ordered or your item is in production, cancellations and refunds cannot be accepted.

Please review sizing information before ordering, as sizing can vary between garment styles.
